Ben Beaumont, Head of Teacher Education at Trinity College London, is interviewed by Trinity's Senior Academic for English Language, Manuela Kelly Calzini.

Manuela and Ben will discuss teacher professional development and how teachers can be supported in their development of their own teacher professional identity especially in times of change.
Ben will also highlight how TPI relates to success for students in their learning, long-term empowerment of teachers in their professional work, and support for effective policy development.
