Why do we teach language?
Not simply to prepare students for an exam. Not only to develop accuracy or fluency. But to help people connect. To help them find their voice. To give them the confidence to participate in the world with curiosity, empathy, and purpose. In a time shaped by constant change, digital overload, and growing uncertainty about the role of technology and artificial intelligence in education, teachers are asking deeper questions about meaning, identity, and human connection in the classroom.
Trinity Days 2026 was created in response to those questions. This year’s event is more than professional development. It is a moment to reconnect with what truly matters in education: relationships, authentic communication, and the power of learning to transform lives.
At the heart of Trinity College London’s vision has always been one essential belief: language exists to communicate in the real world. Real-world communication is not simply part of what we do – it is our DNA. It is the reason Trinity exams value interaction, spontaneity, collaboration, and the confidence to express ideas with authenticity.
Through inspiring talks, shared experiences, and practical classroom perspectives, participants will explore how English language education can continue to evolve while remaining profoundly human. Together, we will reflect on how to equip learners not only with language skills, but with the courage to think critically, collaborate meaningfully, adapt confidently, and engage with the world as active citizens.
Trinity Days 2026 is an invitation to every teacher who still believes that education is not only about keeping up with change, but about shaping it together.

Condizioni di Partecipazione
La partecipazione è gratuita. L'iniziativa formativa è a numero chiuso e l'iscrizione online è obbligatoria. Trinity College London Italy è un Ente accreditato dal MIUR per la formazione (Decreto 27.01.2001 confermato con Decreto 05.07.2005 ed adeguato alla Direttiva 170/2016). E' previsto l'esonero dall'insegnamento secondo la normativa vigente.
